Thus, our approach starts with the development of a structured understanding of your growth stage and specific needs. We then tailor a plan of action specific to your particular situation.
Need assessment and work scoping. We generally start with an opening review of our client's business, which usually lasts a week or two. This phase is designed for us to understand the dynamics of the company's situation, conduct a high-level appraisal of the needs, and develop a customized statement of work. It also gives our clients a first-hand opportunity to assess our capabilities and style.
Project launch and ongoing management. The rest of the project depends on our initial review, with inflight changes as required, all in agreement with the client. We bring in and manage external resources as needed for the effective completion of the project. We communicate frequently and organize joint working sessions and milestone meetings as required, at the relevant level, to ensure that all key stakeholders are up-to-date on the progress of our deliverables, actively engaged in the process, and committed to the success of the initiative.
Work reporting requirements. As our experience has shown, reporting directly to the client's CEO (or, for established companies, the business unit's head) maximizes the chances of success of a project, and so we have made this a general requirement for our involvement, together with open access to the company's senior management.
Rates. Because we understand the financial reality of early-stage ventures and their concurrent requirement for market excellence, we strive to offer our premium business services at rates our clients can afford. For daily rates and preliminary cost estimates, please contact us.
Cash/equity mix. We generally do not accept equity payments for the opening review phase of a project. For subsequent phases, we frequently accept a mix of cash and equity, and we have also developed a formal, proprietary Risk-Sharing Compensation Model that allows our clients to compensate us on a performance basis, subject to the suitability of specific project requirements.
