Growthroute itself was started with little more than determination and sweat. What has moved us forward, day after day, is the knowledge that this is all we want to do. We call it "entrepreneurial drive" and it is essential to serving our clients successfully: that is why we make it a requirement for our partners.
In parallel, we think the traditional employment model is destined to evolve even more dramatically in the future, and we want to be at the forefront of this change as we believe that exclusive employment is not ideally suited to meeting our clients' needs.
Accordingly, we developed the Cloud Consulting Network TM to ally with free agents in a modular configuration based on client needs. In this model, instead of rigid "employment", we offer established or high-potential independent venture providers the opportunity to partner with Growthroute as part of a network of select contractors, building a client base and sharing ours whenever their expertise is in demand. In our view, this freedom maximizes everyone's motivation to deliver the highest level of services.
For this model to work, we must be able to rely on our network partners and trust they are equipped to overdeliver consistently. Accordingly, we maintain strict standards of selection, based on four key dimensions:
